Let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Warrick. I am a Water Genasi Druid and a worshiper of Posiedon. I was raised on the Island of Albridge. At the age of 12 our little island was attacked by demons for some unknown reason. My freinds and I sucsessfully escaped from the island with the help of a cargo boat. The second day of travel I decide to do some fishing. After about 30 minutes of fishing I hook on to what seemed like something either really huge or really small. Unfortunately, the fish got away.  We safely make it to Sasserine. I was given a fishing rod from a dwarf named Thaddeus.  We go through many adventures along Sasserine. Fast forward 6 years. Harbor Day arrives in Sasserine. It is the biggest festival on the island. After my breakfast and morning prayers to Posiedon, I decide to go for a swim for about an hour then fish for an hour after swimming. After patienly waiting for about 10 minutes of fishing I get a nibble on my bait. Waiting for the perfect time to set the hook. After about a minute or two I set the hook. I knew in the back of my mind this was gonna be a war. 30 minutes into it I see a shadow that is about roughly 12 feet long. I have no clue if it is Lord Posiedon making these giant waves or this thing that I’ve got hooked. 30 more minutes of going back and forth and almost loosing my rod a few times. In this time the shadow turns into 18 feet long. Me and his thing keep fighting for the next 10-15 minutes, it seems like hours long to me. Finally after 2 long and grueling hours I reel this weird looking gian fish. By this time, a crowd of about 80 people gathered around me. I enlist the help of 20 strong men to help me lug this giant fish to where everyone is selling things on the main road. People are shouting out different prices to buy the fish as a whole. 1,000 gp, 2,000 gp, 3,000 gp, 4,000 gp, then someone comes up to me and offers me 6,000 gp which I happily accepted after introductions were made. I introduced myself as Warrick The Fisherman. He introduces himself as Ignis Blue. He tells me that fish that I caught was one of three in the world. He said it is called a Colossal Yellowfin Tuna. I thanked him for his business. Immediatly after this transaction, I knew something was special about this rod. So I decided to go to someone who is the best at what they do. The rod turned out to be made of Elder wood, the reel is nicely gold inlayed, the best part of the intire setup is the line. The line is Mythral line. It is very sturdy. The stall owner offered to buy my rod on the spot. I had to decline as the rod meant a whole lot more to me than some gold pieces. Remind you, I almost caught this my first time at 12 years old. You know how they say “third times a charm”? It was for me that day.
