First time playing DnD. Start off using a character from someone else in the group since they would not be able to participate that day. Dwarf turned to orc via curse and our group enters a cave to find a sleeping wizard, roll to sneak up and capture wizard. Rolls nat 20. Ends up sneaking up to sleeping wizard, picks him up by his robes. Wizard wakes up to orc shouting in his face "where's the gold?!" And falcon punches wizard hard enough to decapitate. Instant kill. Gains curse that causes character to shit himself randomly aswell as 500 gold.
Wizard was supposed to be very important character for next campaign mission in bordering town.
