So we had a homebrew campaign the other day… Consisting of a Wizard, Rogue, Paladin, the weird crow guy and me the second wizard… The crow guy was gonna be late. So we decided to start things off… We were hired by a merchant to deliver some items to another in which he would meet us at… On the way there we get ambushed by goblins whom we dispatch with ease… It was 4 goblins but we let the last one live long enough for us to know who sent them and where to find them…
The goblin told us about Klarg the Bugbear who sent him because he was paid or something to kill the rogue…
We meet the weird crow guy after killing the goblins… The guy doesn't speak only mimics sounds which i find a bit unnerving and annoying but i press on…
In the cave we dispatch two goblins by the entrance and go in…
By the "order" of the weird crow guy and the rogue we stay behind because they already played this campaign and have knowledge of what to do… I tell them i don't like to be carried…
DM and them ignored me…
i asked if i can join them ahead they said they're too far for me to do so…
i asked again and no one pays attention…
They killed two more goblins and they take their stuff for themselves…
Then we are allowed to join them… We have to sneak past 4 sleeping wolves and the three of us do sneak checks mostly 6 and 7, we all pass…
We asked what was the lowest sneak check dm ignore us…
We get to them and we find two ways… The rogue and weird crow guy say to go one way and the rest follows… I wanted to go thru the bridge to explore but i am ignored…
We find a room with 2 goblins, a wolf and Klarg The Bugbear…
In the first round most of us almost lose all our hp, because i forgot to mention we are all level 1. When we killed the goblins we didn't level up or anything we just got 50xp for killing 4 goblins…
Anyways at this point we are about to tpk and we're shitting our pants… At this point the dm decides to play the enemy rolls with disadvantage…
We barely beat everyone except the one wolf that escapes… The weird crow guy has been doing something creepy everytime he kills an enemy… Which is remove their eyeballs and eating them… They take some stuff from Klarg and The Paladin and Crow guy fight over it… At this point only Crow Guy and The Rogue had gotten any treasure from kills and we get shit except for another 175xp…
This was when i decided this was boring, annoying, creepy and cringy… I am not playing again with them…
